Returns are accepted incase of damaged product or wrong product sent.
The product will be assessed with proof and only if the damage is acceptable it will be taken for return. Missing thread and knots in silk sarees will not be considered as damage as they are proofs of a handloom saree. Damages caused while opening the parcel will not be accepted. Incase of wrong product sent, the right product will be sent if available after the product is returned.
While returning the product, the item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to make sure to pack the contents with care (like how we care to pack them for you) so that it reaches safe. Customer can request to receive refund in money or replace with another code with same value of total damaged item received. If you choose to have refund instead of replacement, full refund will be made for item value only not inclusive postage.

Issue on color resolution
Colour variations due to photographic lighting sources or screen display will not be accepted as a reason for return. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. We have displayed several pictures and videos for you to understand the colour of the product. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and therefore we cannot guarantee that the colour you assume due to your monitor’s display is the same one of the product
